Growing up as two sisters in the millennial era, we had the best of both worlds—the last generation to know life before smartphones took over and the first to witness the digital revolution unfold. We saw the shift, but we also remember what it felt like to connect face-to-face, to build relationships in the real world, and to get our hands dirty making things happen.
Now, in a world saturated with tech and screens, we’re reclaiming it, taking it back. We’re about real connection, authenticity, and building something that lasts—not just a quick click. We started by managing and expanding brands, and before we knew it, mentorship and consulting became a natural extension of our work. Now balancing agency life with motherhood and baby at home, Falicia continues to show up with heart, focus, and a team-first mindset. She’s the person helping hold the pieces together when client work gets full — and we’re better because of it.
