Falicia brings equal parts creative eye, systems brain, and “there has to be a better way to do this” energy to her role as Operations & Technology Specialist at Refined Media 716. With a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and a background spanning creative production, customer service, and project support, she has a knack for bringing order to the chaos — and making it look good along the way.

Before joining RM716, Falicia spent more than five years designing for The Bradford Era and worked in large-format print production at Hanson Sign Companies, producing and installing vinyl graphics for everything from interior displays to exterior signage. Add in experience across hospitality and the automotive industry, and she’s learned how to think on her feet, communicate with all kinds of people, and keep the details moving without losing sight of the bigger picture.

At RM716, Falicia is the go-to for the systems, technology, and behind-the-scenes problem-solving that keep the agency and its clients moving forward. Her work spans Google platforms, technical troubleshooting, workflow coordination, quality assurance, reporting, documentation, design, and branding support.
