Her background spans healthcare administration, hospitality leadership, operations, client service, project coordination, marketing, and digital work. Earlier in her career, she worked in referral coordination within a mental health setting before moving into high-volume hospitality leadership, where she helped build training systems, managed operations, and successfully led teams of up to 80 people.

Those experiences shaped the way Julia approaches business today. She learned early that people, process, communication, and systems are rarely separate problems. Her strength is understanding how those pieces connect, identifying where friction is happening, and building a more functional way forward.

At Refined Media 716, Julia works across business and growth strategy, operations, website development, digital systems, financial management, project coordination, content, and creative execution. She leads much of the agency’s website and backend work, helps shape client strategy, and develops the systems and processes that help ideas move from concept to execution.

Creativity is also a major part of how she works. Photography, videography, editing, visual storytelling, and content development give her another way to take something with potential and make it clearer, stronger, and more intentional.

Julia is naturally resourceful, curious, and deeply people-focused. She thrives in environments that require problem-solving, adaptability, leadership, and a willingness to figure things out.
