She is passionate about helping local brands shine and understands that behind every strong marketing campaign is someone making sure the details, timelines, communication, and execution all stay aligned.

At RM716, Matia supports the end-to-end execution of client marketing initiatives. She helps manage content calendars, coordinate assets, keep projects moving, support client communication, and make sure approved work is carried through with consistency and care.

Her background in psychology and hospitality has shaped the way she works. Matia understands people, communicates clearly, manages expectations, and stays organized when multiple priorities are moving at once. She brings a strong attention to detail, thoughtful follow-through, and a natural ability to keep people informed and connected.
